NOT ABLE TO ACTIVATE ALL ACCESS CARD

Once i gave all information to activate card it kept redirecting to the online source and never activating the card. My desire was to set up direct deposit, at this point it may be in my best interest to go back to regular banking. Your outsourced personnel is poorly trained and not very articulate with the english language, unfortunately. User's recommendation: Don't use this service.
