The first appointment was for the "strands".... since my hair was thin already, the strands came out quickly. I complained, but they insist on the strands; I refused them and I did not get the strands again. They push Minoxidil, but it made my scalp itch terribly. Although they claim to have solutions for both men and women, the program is the same for both. There was no specific program for women. You are paying a tremendous amount of money to come in once a month to pick up a shampoo and conditioner, and then get your hair conditioned. They give you a laser band to use as well. None of this improved the thinness of my hair.
