“Not a Problem”

Called at 10:36 am. Offered an appointment within one hour, "is that good for you?" Told someone would be here and received a confirmation "Service Time 10:45- 11:45, with a ticket number of 2071****. One hour later I called, and told "he's on his way, be there in half and hour". Now 40 minutes later and I have to be late for work as he is still not here. Lady said at end of call, he's stuck in traffic. Do I wait or call and cancel. Will I call Roto-Rooter again. By the way, I have changed the Ticket Number by one digit so don't look it up.
