NOT a luxury hotel!

Update by user Feb 21, 2020 Update: Customer Service Response Very GoodCaeser's Palace contacted me soon after I posted the review. They were very apologetic and assured me they would takes swift action to address the issues. They also had Hotel Manager contact me, inviting us back and sending a complementary "2 night offer" for another stay. I won't know if the issues have been addressed until we are in Vegas again, but they seemed very concerned about fixing the issues. Original review posted by user Jan 15, 2020 Seriously - one ply toilet paper? Water with nasty smell and metallic/oily taste? These are basics that Motel 6 does a better job with. For a luxury hotel - unacceptable! We had to move hotels just so we could brush our teeth in water that doesnt taste like toxic waste.
