I wanted to make an exchange for a sandal that was too big and I have not been able to contact the company using the information they supplied, the email and phone number does not exist on the web and even PayPal refuses to give me my money back. How can I contact the company if the company website does not exist? I may lose my money and have a product I can't use but I will be canceling PayPal because if I can't contact the company, how can they not see they are fraudulent and not let me dispute my claim? PayPal sucks as well and that is why dishonest companies continue to dupe honest consumers. User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from Rikkishop, they are fraudulent in their advertising and are a scam company!
