Not a honorable business practice

I have purchased a custom made dress for my prom and when it arrived it looked really small. I decided to try it on and it got stuck in the chest area! I thought I'm going to die, because I was really stuck in it and couldn't take it off. I even asked my mother for help. I emailed Dress2015 customer care and they asked me to send some pictures. Then I sent the dress back and paid money for the return shipping, custom fees and stuff. They shipped out a replacement and finally it was the correct size, but still I lost some money and I'm very disappointed about that.
