NOT A HAPPY PARENT

1

Good morning, I hope you are having a good day! Today was picture day for my Kindergarten, who does Virtual Learning. The specified times were 7:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. As a working parent having to be at work at 8, the 7:30 time was great. We arrived at the school at 7:13 a.m., exactly. A Teacher took her in at 7:28 a.m., and was back out in less than three minutes. I was very pleased in knowing I would be able to make it to work in a timely manner. Unfortunately, myself, along with several other parents were told, sorry, they are not set up; if we liked, you may come back at 12:30. Of course this did not go over well with me or the other parents. Could we not have been informed sooner? As I stated, several of us were there about 10-15 minutes early. I feel this is really poor and inconsiderate business ethics! She was late for class being they have to be logged in by 8. I am a very considerate parent and respect the school and their time, for so graciously offering Virtual Learning to 10 of their previous Pre-K students. I find this to be very unprofessional! Maybe a crash course in customer service or just business ethics for your employees would be very beneficial. Thank you, NOT A HAPPY PARENT
