I bought myself my first car from the spot in Appleton, WI. I purchased a car from them to only find out that they added another $2000.00 to the bill for a protection plan that I never asked for when I called them back they said that the money would be returned to me if I did not use it, long story short I never used the coverage and was never returned the $2000.00. I will never go to them again, the crap part to is I got the car from the head of the sales department.
