I placed an order for Norton Lifelock and wasn't impressed with the service. I was started a chat. Since I'm mute and deaf to deal with getting a refund I was told to call a number when I told them my issue they disconnected the chat. I just want the refund and apologize and better training to deal with people under the ADA. If I have to wait on someone to call it will be after the refund deadline cause I do everything for my self and have to get family in that lives up to three states away and don't want them to have to make a special trip for a company that will not or doesn't have a way to deal with people that fall under the American with Disability Act. I should bet the stock holders, FTC, BBB, and DOJ would love to find how there is no way for a person with ADA to get help. I don't use the telework cause ever business I deal with has a way for me to communicate or change/cancel service with out the Telework. I don't even have a phone line in my house and only a cell that is used only for text.
