I was a loyal Norton customer for years. In 2021, I was hit with a huge price increase with no warning or explanation. Because of their auto-renew, they make it impossible to cancel. I tried to dispute the the charge with my credit card company but Norton blocked the dispute. Every other company I've disputed with, gave me my money back for the sake of PR but NOT NORTON. I called and asked for my money back and Norton said they would give me half. Many weeks and many calls later, I have received NOTHING. Do not trust Norton with your personal information or your credit card number or you'll REGRET IT.
