North Star alarm

My Mother called to cancel her service. She was told to send an email. With help she did. Now they say it's to late to cancel and she has to pay for another year. They can not offer service to where my Mother moved. They won't cancel the account either. You can not speak to anyone but a account manager. The first person should have stopped the account, or put on hold.
