Nordstrom e-gift cards powered by Cashstar

I bought a $250 e-gift card from I thought Nordstroms. Apparently on line purchase of Nordstroms e-gift cards are purchased through Cashstar. It has been two days and the person I purchased it for has not received it. Cashstar left me a message that they needed more information. I called and ad to leave a message, No one returned the call. I emailed them. No responses. Called again, No returned call. I called Nordstroms they put me through to Cashstar who said they had to schedule someone to call me. I've heard from no one. This was birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. Her birthday was yesterday. Cashstar does not know when someone will call me. I tried to cancel the order and was told it can't be cancelled. These people are a joke and I am shocked Nordstroms allows this to go on. DON'T BUY NORDSTROMS GIFT CARD ON LINE!
