I took the loan with the bank last year and joined their Noor Takaful and I was paying them huge sums of dirhams together every month. At the begging of this , I started to face some challenges at home due to my ailing father who had to go through medication. I applied for top up which was rejected sighting a defaulted payment from previous bank which I did smoothly closed the loan despite paying them consistently on month to month basis. As my financial situation continued to get worse, I requested to withdraw from Noor Takaful so that I can have some cash to keep me going but I was told if I withdraw from the Takaful policy , I will get nothing out of it. The sales person who introduced this to me had no mention of non withdraw and I remember when I asked about the withdraw before the due date, he said its possible but they will be charges for that and now it has changed to withdraw without getting anything[Zero] payout. I kept on going with both payments however,in September I lost my father and this made my situation to deteriorate more, I went back to the bank for cancellation of the policy, i was told the same thing regardless of my situation. I had contributed to the Policy almost 9600 AED in cash. They pressurize you to pay every fill you took from them but they cant give back what is yours sighting their inhuman policy as the scapegoat for unjust dealings. This is very unfair and day light robbery Unhappy Customer.
