RACK SHIPPED WITHOUT ASSEMBLY SCREWS. FOUR MESSAGE TO THEM/THREE WEEKS - AND STILL NOTHING BACK. DON'T BUY THULE. NOT WORTH IT. User's recommendation: AVOID THULE - NO SUPPORT AT ALL.
