I bought mobily 3g internet router and connection bundle (21m, unlimited, 17months subscriptions) from souq.com on 01 - may - 2013, first 3 months its worked well, after that router start making technical problem, i logged complain with mobily and visited their service center at phalasteen road, 4 time, but they failed to repair equipment or replace the equipment with another one, after my repeated request, they instructed me to visit another branch (Al - andulas) for said problem, even though al - andulas branch did not help to solve the problem, when i am visiting and requesting them to help to resolve problem, they are ignoring me and not providing any kinds of support to fix the problem, I would request every one to be careful to make any deal through souq.com, dont buy any electronics goods from them, as they are supplying faulty product and not giving any kinds of support after sale.
