On June 10, I ordered ten puppy vaccines that needed to be shipped with 2-day shipping due to the vaccines needing to stay cold. Vaccines arrived hotter than a bowl of soup, and the two small lousy ice packs that we're thrown in the styrofoam cooler we're melted and no sign of them being even remotely cold. I have called on three occasions, and each time the person who answered the phone could not remember the company name! This tells me they 1800petsupplies is using a third party company to give it's customers the runaround. Each call I would make, I would be told that I would receive a call within 2 business days. I still have not received one single Call back from this company. I decided to write them online in which I received an email confirming that 1800petsupplies received my complaint, and that is as far as I have gotten with this company. Once you fork over your money, don't expect any customer service or anything else from their end. User's recommendation: Think again before ordering from 1800petsupplies.
