When i look online to keep track of their work to be sure its posted correctly, I discover that they do not post payments to the accounts. They only send a confirmation receipt showing you made a payment. Nothing is broken out appropriately. I'm keeping track of my payments because of their sloppy non transparent accounting. I suspect my balance and their balance will be off. Then the burden of proof is on me, which is fine with me. I am warning others who make payments to this loan servicing company. Don't be foolish and assume your best interest is being served. In this day and age of cyber transparency, there is absolutely no excuse or reason I cannot obtain a history of how my payments were applied to my loan, showing a running balance.
