I ordered two 3-in-1 selfie sticks on April 6, 2020. When I didn't receive them by the middle of May, I reached out to FedEx, which was the company that was listed as the deliverer. FedEx explained that they could not issue me a refund, even though their research showed that they delivered to the wrong address. They gave the refund to Singapore Post, which was to refund me. On Jun17th I received the two selfie sticks! Problem is, by this time, I had purchased substitutes and no longer wanted the product. Plus they are trash! I will never deal with Singapore Post again. Find out if they are the distributor and avoid, avoid, avoid! User's recommendation: Avoid Singapore Post!
