I have used all available channels to contact CARFAX. They have provided any acknowledgement. We came across an accidental error from a dealer service entering the incorrect mileage several years ago. Both that dealer and myself have been attempting to contact CARFAX to resolve and have had no response. We currently have a deposit on a new vehicle and are being held up, with zero time line to remedy. I, as well as the dealer, would appreciate a response. Case #1079**** User's recommendation: Review CarFax for errors. Expect no ability to contact for resolution.
