non removal / blading of snow in my cul-de-sac

2

My house is in the cul-de-sac at 8424-190 Street. Blading and snow removal had occurred on 190 Street messily but not one bit of snow was moved to make it safe to enter or leave the cul-de-sac... Today on February 17th it snowed again 6" / 15 cm. Usually the city would shovel the large amount of snow into the center of the cul-de-sac allowing the traffic to drive around the cul-de-sac and wait for spring or remove at a later date. I have been stuck in my cul-de-sac numerous times because of the large amount accumulated and the warmer temperatures that make it too soft and or icy thus causing vehicles to be stuck... The cul-de-sac is the only one on 84th avenue and 190 street... It may may been over looked or it may have been past over due to budget cuts, it should be properly and safely cleared as soon as possible. I have been a citizen of Edmonton all my life and have been an owner of the residence here at 8525 190 street for than 20 years... Thank you for time and efforts in this matter. Safe Regards Verne Middleton
