I purchased a pair of shorts from yhe buckle . I threw the receipt out and or lost it... i went to return them and they said i would get store credit.. i received a merc credit card .... when i went to use it the next morn there was 0 value on it... corp. Said lp flagged it and zeroed out my credit.. they aske which store i bought them from n i told them .. they claimed that i did not purchase them at that store .. i know where i bought them .. so now they have my shorts and my cash and im outa luck .. is this legal?
