Following my request, Yodel organised a full investigation as to what happened to this package. They have confirmed that it was not delivered to me at my address, and I have now transmitted this information to the sender, requesting a replacement. However, I still have an unresolved battle with Hermes concerning an item sent by me which never arrived at its destination. Are you able to help here? User's recommendation: A very efficient organisation. Thank you for your assistance.
