Non receipt of flowers

I ordered flowers on two previous occasions which were fine . Then on Thursday I ordered some for my friends 70 th birthday and they didnt arrive You cant phone at weekends can only text . You try to ring the customer service and it is always engaged . Am very disappointed as I thought that they were decent company User's recommendation: Be careful.
