I am a professional staffing consultant and L K Tech(new York based company owned by Mr Ben Saini) had signed a contract with me for providing them manpower in India. In this context, I had provided them 1 person Mr Deepak Tomar who joined them in Delhi on 3rd March 2015. My payment terms were Net30. So I should have received the payment in April but inspite of several reminders on phone as well as on e-mail, they have not released the payment till date. There is not a single reply to my e-mails for the last 2 months. I advise that no one should deal with L K Tech, they are cheats and are an unethical company.
