non payment of orders

i have done numerous order for this company dating from sept of 2014 thru February 2015 and still haven't received payment for any outstanding order, it sums up to over $2300 bucks, no payment, alway a run around, never a straight answer, and if so, they say its not scheduled sorry, next cycle, still waiting 9 months plus later
