I am writing to complain about my account 3Y8C242H5834. I could not attend Chelsea vs Newcastle because sky changed ko time so resold my tickets back through ticketibis, this was 2nd Dec 2017. Despite myself contacting daily I have had no joy and no one will actually call me back to speak in person. Each time I contact them via chat I am being fobbed off with a different excuse ranging from wrong iban number to wrong email linked to my account. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would certainly not be advising people to use their service. Very quick to charge over the top prices for tickets but refuse to pay the seller back what they are owed and hide behind a live chat call rather than talking to you directly. An absolute disgrace of a company
