Non exsitant store and basically called a liar

i contacted gw because of a store listed on their store locator that didnt exist only to be told it is there, they get deliveries regularly, and they called the store owner. well, here is where it gets interesting, i drove by the location last week, there was a jewelry sore next door to the location but NO i repeat NO game store, gw cs said they called the store owner ( fair enough) but the store hours are listed as closed weekends and open 6 to 8 PM ( oklahoma time) and the call made to the store owner was made are roughly 3:30 ( oklahoma time). so a quick call i get told that the number listed for the store was the owners cell ( excuse me???? i know several people who looked into getting a gw store or gw products in their store and they were told they could NOT use a cell it had to be a business listed land line phone). so in a nut shell GW policies and the treatment by gw customer service has put me off of their company and products and i would really encourage others into gw get out, or if you are looking at getting into it DONT. cost is to high and customer service is a complete joke factor that in with the policies forcing you to go to a gw store/retailer or buy online directly through GW makes for a HUGE headache. the gw policy alone is pushing a lot of small retailers away from GW so soon you wont have any choice but buy direct and the prices are high enough now without that.
