purchased cord cutter streaming box about 2 month's ago at local home show. since purchasing box i have had 1 issue they resolved through their call center. since i have experienced another problem. they have discontinued their call center. i have been to their web site now for going on three weeks trying to connect with their support center only to continually be kicked of their queue(waiting list). i have sent at least 6-7 emails stating problem and have yet to receive a call or e-mail answer. today i went to their site and lo and behold they don't even have the chat service for customer support anymore. also when i went to subit yet another repair ticket that link does not work.
