I purchased a 45-pint Soleus dehumidifier. It worked for four months then quit. I contacted them for warranty help. After I sent in what was required, I was told that a check for the full purchase amount would be sent in 6 to 8 weeks. It is now approaching 6 MONTHS and still no check!! Repeated contacts with customer service assures me that the check has been approved for payment but accounting has not issued check. A horrible company selling an inferior product! Shameful! User's recommendation: Do Not Buy!
