NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SETVICE

I tried to obtain the internet on my flight from Madrid to New York where I paid close to 4 grand for a business class seat. $30 was taken out of my account but I was never able to access the internet. I spoke with the bursar who assired me the internet was unavailable and therefore I wouldn't be charged. He was wrong. $30 was taken from my account. I've tried for 2 weeks to file complaints online; to speak to somebody on the phone and to write an email. All to no avail! Emails came back as non existence addtesses. Even though I found the address on the internet. When I finally reached someone on the phone I was told they couldn't deal with that particular issue. 2hen I try to fill out a complaint form on their websites my final destination of JFK did not exist. The worst worst worst is all I say.
