Non-Existant Customer Service

First - Stanley's checkout website is extremely glitchy/buggy. It took my countless tries to actually get an order to go through successfully. And then when it finally did after doing everything I could to make it work (trying different devices, different browsers, didn't use auto-fill when filling out my info, made sure I was using MasterCard or Visa, plus). Tried a few days later and by some miracle it finally went through, but then it didn't honor the promo code that I entered like it said it would, so I ended up paying full price instead of getting a 20% off discount. I tried to contact Stanley by emailing them using their form on their site. No response and were well past the 3-5 business days they ask for allowing a response from their side. I have also called their customer service number (1 (80*) 251-****). The most upsetting thing though is that Ive called three different days, multiple times a day, and every time they have an automated message that says their team is away at an important team meeting and training session. The first day I got the message it said call in back in an hour and I did that three times (spaced over three hours) with the same automated message saying their customer service team is gone at the same meeting. The second day and today it is the same message, but now says to call back tomorrow. Very upsetting as I love the quality of their products. Feeling pretty defeated and upset that they really dont care about their customers at all. Stanley's customer service is 0/5 stars, would not recommend. User's recommendation: Don't order directly from Stanley website, you WILL have problems, and NO ONE at Stanley will care to help.
