Non-existant customer service, lies and deception

I have an Allstate flood insurance policy which is being billed to a mortgage company that I haven't done business with for TEN YEARS! They were informed when the mortgage companies changed, and they were also informed when the mortgage was paid off THREE YEARS AGO. I informed them in person last year... They DID NOTHING! I have made numerous requests to change my agent fromfrom the lying incompetent *** that is currently not representing my interests to someone who I think might actually try but Allstate has refused to act on my request. I purchased a whole life policy for my daughter ONE DAY before her 18th birthday. At that time the agent failed to tell me that she would be listed as a smoker and pay the higher smoker premiums even though she has never touched a cigarette in her life and the agent was informed of this fact. He also failed to inform us that if we waited ONE DAY she could be listed as a non-smoker. Allstate didn't inform me of this for TEN YEARS! When I found out I told the agent to FIX IT, he made absolutely no attempt to do so. It took me three complaints to the state insurance commissioners office to get them to change her status, and they STILL have not changed the premium to the lower non-smoker rate. I would advise anyone looking to use Allstate that they will most definitely NOT be in good hands! User's recommendation: NEVER EVER USE ALLSTATE!
