Non-ergonomic design and doesn’t live up to hype

I have two Dyson vacuums, a hand-held cordless DC 35 and a canister-type DC 21. The smaller cordless vacuum, expensive at $350 CDN in 2013 has never held a charge for more than 7 or 8 minutes and certainly never to the maxes, by attachment, indicated in the manual....
