Non-delivery of shakey’s supercard

Last December 31, 2020, I made an order of pizza and chicken and also ordered a new supercard to be delivered to my other house house in 3b Psalms street, Camella Homes Classic, Pilar Village, Las Piñas The supercard never arrived. Please send me my card since I paid for it already. Please send it to either 699 Buffalo Street East Greenhills Subdivision Mandaluyong City or to 3b Psalms street, Camella Homes Classic, Pilar Village, Las Piñas. Please confirm that you received my request.
