Non delivery of paper

I have attempted to call a service several times and get your standard computerized messages. l did speak to a rep 10 days ago with a delivery problem and was assured that it would be resolved. Since that time l have received 2 papers!!l have been a customer for over 10yrs and never has the service been this difficult to resolve.! D deliveries deliveries
