We ordered a sign for our village hall for a ceremony to name a room after a prominent villager. The sign was paid for but after numerous calls, emails and messages, no sign has been forthcoming. When contact has been made we have been told that the courier company lost it and a new sign had been made and was being dispatched by Royal Mail. I will now take up the matter with their local trading standards and the media They are charletons Gareth is the supposed contact [protected]
