non-delivery of books

I am a regular customer of Book Depository. I normally get very good service here but three books relating to the Maigret series were not delivered. I inquired as to why the books had not arrived and found out that the address was incorrect. I was then given a screen shot of the address but having bought many books from this webiste and all of them to the same address it seems strange that there should be any discrepancy about my address I am still waiting for the books
