Non-Delivery/Non-Refund of Payment
On/about 10 May 2019 a Mother’s Day order ($58.79) was placed to be delivered to Ms. Margie Garris on 11 May 2019. As of today (15 May 2019) that order was/has not been delivered. Per telecon w/representative of Troy’s Florist I was told that the order was not high enough in cost to be prepared/delivery (we were never advised of this, nor did anyone have courtesy enough to call us to tell us different). This is a lousy way to do business and treat paying customers. You TAKE PAYMENT for the order BUT you don’t have enough integrity or good business acumen to appreciate people’s business. Also, you DID NOT attempt to make a REFUND of the $58.79 until I made the phone call (15 May 2019) to find out the status of the order. I expect an IMMEDIATE REFUND of the $58.79. Additionally, I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and advising friends/family of your lack of respect for customers. REPLY FROM TROY'S FLORIST Every florist in that area required more money for the arrangement and we didn't want to have to ask you for it. You have been issued a full refund and your order was canceled. It does take 2-4 business days to appear on your account.
