Non-delivery a package ordered August 30

I had to call them again. On hold 45 minutes. They are investigating. Update: went into the local FedEx office and they find no record of my package at all. Called Lord and Taylor again and they said their investigative team would contact me. That was three weeks ago and they never have. Receive my bill from Lord &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Taylor for almost $130 and paid it to keep my excellent credit rating. Still do not have my package. Do not know what my recourse is now.
