Non-Completion of order from 11 Oct 2019

On 11 October 2019 I ordered: 1 FTM 2019 Upgrade Download + DVD 1 TreeVault Services (FREE One Year Subscription) 1 FTM 2019 Companion Guide - Windows Edition (lay-flat spiral binding) As of today, 2 July 2020, I still have not received my 2019 Companion Guide...web site is useless to actually make contact and find out what is going on...several attempts to contact them have gone unanswered User's recommendation: use PayPal or a 3rd party payee that insures receipt or a refund.
