Non-caring about patients needs

Cannot get an in-person appointment with primary doctor (only over-the-phone or virtual). Doctor wanted an in-person appointment to follow-up but nothing is offered as to what Dr. wants. No wheelchairs at ER-Fontana. Suffering neuro problem since April 2021.....nothing has been truly addressed by Kaiser. What a Shame!!!! User's recommendation: Get a Different Insurance Company.
