I complained in November 2019 about false charges of $99.00 by TotalAV and was refunded the charge;. In June 2020 I was charged a trial fee of $29 and didn't know about it until my July bank statement showed it with an added annual fee of $99.00. The bank put it on hold but has apparently now paid the Paypal billing for that amount. I reported the problem earlier by telephone to TotalAV and you canceled the $29 but not the $99 User's recommendation: Don't deal with TotalTV.
