I received damaged photos. Now this is the first year I've been able to order school photos for my kids and my son's photos came in damaged. For several days now I've been trying to reach LifeTouch with no results. When you call the number it tells you that they are all busy and you need to call back later or try their live chat. But when you go to the live chat all representatives are OFFLINE and there is still no one to talk to. I've called SEVERAL times through out the day during their business hours and tried the live chat several times throughout the day as well and have yet to be able to reach anyone in 5 days. I'm so beyond frustrated and at a loss right now. User's recommendation: Don't order from them.
