Went to a store to to try on a $400 dollar down jacket but I guess you have to order one in several sizes to get one that fits because that item isnt carried in the store. The reason I am guessing is because there are no sales people except for a number of cashiers standing idle behind idle registers having a union meeting. One woman almost asked if we needed any help but she caught herself before asking and turned away abruptly. All the money wasted on commercials and store fronts is a shame. Poorly run company.
