Nobody really wins anything

Ive been playing these games for awhile and nothing ever happens and they keep asking you to buy there merchandise and the merchandise isnt very good and they dont work! Are these people just actors playing there roles? It really seems like they are taking advantage of the peoples situations and people could really use these funds but now the funds probably dont excist!
