Nobody is at location to assist customers

I made reservations for pick up at 3am and was at location to find a sign that says 7 til 10. That should have been on the website. I supposed to been in Florida by noon today. I spent $50 on Lyft coming back and forth here so I need to know how I’ll get reimbursed or compensated
