Was waiting for someone to help with my flat tire. Had the phone in my hand just in case someone calls. Next thing I know, I had 2 missed calls (they probably just did a miss call to say that they called) & I immediately called back & no one answered. It was literally 6mins when I called back and I have the screenshots to prove it. Then next thing I know, I have to pay out of pocket for a service that I never got! And the guy I was speaking to from that company was extremely rude. I was there in the parking lot looking at all the cars & no one came out to check if I was there even if they had all the information about my vehicle! This is literally the worst company ever!
