No written warranty, poor customer service

Update by user Mar 14, 2012 Today is March 14, 2012. Have called American Carpet several times, and no one had given a call back or sent me a copy of warranty. Sure hope I never need a minor warranty repair cause I know they will not honor their agreements or their word. Original review posted by user Mar 05, 2012 Hired American Carpet Wholesalers from Mentor, Ohio to put in carpet. First they show up an hour late, put a whole in my paneling, do not reinstall ducts with their screws, and did not provide me with a written warranty. Called them 3 or 4 times over two weeks and still they have not sent someone to put screws in air ducts, Last week I asked guy for a written warranty, well a week has passsed and still no warranty. I hope anyopne that sees this review hires someone else to do their carpeting because they are not reliable or honest.
