I was the first person to sign a contract for a home in the Redfern community in Columbia Station neighborhood. I signed the first week in October, 2020. My windows for my Sarasota should have been ordered then. Other homes in the development have windows. Homes in the Columbia Estates have windows. I am told that my windows are still on back order !!?? Three more weeks??? My electrical work is getting all wet from the snow this morning because the house isnt sealed. I should have windows and drywall now. I could be getting siding now. But... my house is getting wet and sitting idle because??? No one calls me back with a acceptable explanation. Im tired of getting a run around. User's recommendation: I do not recommend.
