Dear Emily, Thank you for the opportunity to tour La Petite Academy. We were thrilled to see your establishment having high standards of education and organization for the students. With positive reviews and high standards I would expect the same with customer service. Unfortunately this is not what I received when turning in my paperwork. During the time I was there three employees were at the front counter and all failed to greet me. I stood there with no one addressing me or letting me know they would be right with me after the person their with. It was refreshing when you came out of your office to say "Good morning". I appreciate your professionalism and would suggest to train the staff to do the same. After waiting awhile after the parent Latorria was assisting left. She greeted me with "You here to turn in paper work?". A warm welcome to address a parent would be more profession. With this encounter of not feeling welcomed, my family and I decided to attend another school. Please rescind my son paperwork. Thank you.
